Changes May 2009
After some false users got in and placed porn files....
New users are given folders.
They are the owners of these folders.
I made it so that owner role cannot add portal content anywhere on the site.
Go to ZMI and security tab. Scroll down to Add portal content untick the little box at left end of row and alos untickthe owner box.
(the former prevents rights being passed down). It may be a nuisance.
