Fix data and time format
We have date as day-month-year and time on 24 hour clock
Early in the life of the website we changed the date format to
day (number) - Month - year
After the change to the new web host our Plone was upgraded to Plone 2.0.5. An inconsistencey appeared because the ZMI was set to AM/PM whereas we had 24 hour clock before. We changed it to 24 hour clock.
