How to set permissions

Solve problem when search retrieves something you shouldn't see

For example, before this was fixed, a search for mayer hillman produced an image file that was not accessible to non-logged in uesrs.

To fix it - go to the ZMI

Pick portal-workflow

then standard plone workflow

then the security tab

in there under column acquire untick View

and beside view, tick authenticated
