Consultations

Jean Dollimore to receive all consultation documents and arrange for electronic distribution.

Responsibilities for consultation responses was split geographically into:

East of the Heath - Jean Dollimore and John Chamberlain
Belsize Park and south east of the borough - Stefano Casalotti
Bloomsbury and Fitzrovia - Dominic Tinley
SW Camden bounded on north by Overground Railway and on east by Finchley Road - Meade McCloughan

Contacts

Jean Dollimore will act as primary point of contact for LB Camden and for the media.

Stefano Casalotti will be the primary contact for LCC and other external bodies.

In the absence of a Secretary, James Brander is standing in, but we may have to rotate the task.

Chairing CCC Meetings

This task will be rotated round the committee, but the Secretary is exempted unless he/she offers.

Attending Meetings

Quarterly meetings with LBCamden: Jean Dollimore and John Chamberlain.

CPEC and LCN+ meetings: John Chamberlain to monitor the agenda; if items are relevant persuade someone to attend.
