This proposal is mainly concerned with a change in position of a bus stop for Route 29 and a Bus lane extension.
They propose to move the bus stop from the south side of Hanway Street to the north seid and to make it longer.
The bus lane will be extended from the old bus stop to reach the existing bus lane north of Stephen Street. Associated waiting and loading restrictions.
CCC's response
We agree with these proposals. The extension of the existing bus lane to provide a continuous bus lane is very welcome.
