28-02. Camden Park Road/North Villas: ASLs on all approaches; elephants footprints for nb cyclists; review signal operation(implementation Jan-Mar).

Elephants footprints implemented March 2007. CCC audit 2 May 2008.

Poor positioning of logos Camden Park Road/North Villas

Response from William Okpoho: "Thanks for your valid observations and comments contained in your most recent mails.

The issues raised are being addressed, hopefully with a closure in this financial year. However, I would like to set records straight in regards to the logos in Camden Square. These might have been put in, I believe, by Parking Solutions as part of the roadmarking maintenance programme. As already stated, I shall redress these accordingly."

All of this completed early 2007.

28-03. Straford Villas: Cycle logos on carriageway; reflective signs on bollards at cycle track entry. Feasibility.(implementation Jan-Mar)Bollards not done (July 2007) CCC audit 2 May 2008. - bollards still not done,

28-03. Straford Villas/Agar Grove

  • upgrade footway area around cycle track at its entry point in Agar grove to make it more accessible to pedestrians(implementation March 07). CCC audit 2 May 2008 - Good
  • widen the angle of the entry point into the cycle track on the northbound approach from Agar Grove. (implementation March 07) CCC audit 2 May 200 - Good.

Completed.

28-07. Royal College Street/Pratt Street

  • raise the cycle track and realign the angle of the existing slip way so that southbound cyclists don't use it (Completed.), increase signage. CCC audit 2 May 2008.Good but warning signals off.

TfL Work

28-10. Euston Road yellow box around elephants footprints, widen elephants footprints, Feasibility; consultation Jan-Mar; detailed desing Apr-Jun; implementation Apr-Jun. Not done = May 08

December 2006. WCRSAG meeting told TfL is refusing to implement the yellow box. Meeting asks Mike Green to write to TfL. Reply March 2006. Meeting arranged between Camden, TfL and CCC for 05.04.07.

Mabledon Place Convert MCL in Mabledon Place to advisory outside the gate. Feasibility.(implementation Jan-Mar). Not done, but does it matter?

LB Camden Work to be done in 2007/8 from Dave Stewart's list

04:A-D: Ian Murdoch to do study based on CRISP Report recommendations for Agar Place, St Pancras Way/Baynes Street and St Pancras Way/Agar Grove. Will also consider Randolph Street 2-way. Ian Murdoch left and Karl Baxter took over the work. Discussed July 2007. May 2008- consultation on both alternatives exoected by end month.

28-03-C. Raised table across Agar Grove. Consultation June 2007. Yetunde Oweyemi,CCC audit 2 May 2008 - Good.

  1. 06 A Georgiana RCS ASL, adjust signal timing, cycle detection all arms, marking on jug handle.ASL done.

28-07-C. RCS/Crowndale Road. Realignment, signal timing, selective vehicle detection on all arms. Started study, modelling. Have £80K from Sn 106.Joanna Alker sent preliminary drawings to CCC for comment July 2007.

28-07 a. RCS/Plender Street. Extension of raised entry to include cycle track across junction. CCC audit 2 May 2008 Good,

28-07 a. RCS/Platt Street. Extension of raised entry to include cycle track across junction, remove slip. CCC audit 2 May 2008 Good,

28-12-C. Byng Place/Malet Street. Upgrades to junction and crossing layout. Karl Baxter sent preliminary drawings to CCC for comment July 2007. Held up by threat of Bloomsbury Vision Survey done, but still notimplemented Mat 2008.

28-05-B. St Pancras Way/ Georgiana street. Ramped access to Regents Canal. Study.

28-00. Sign entire route.

28-11-A. Cartwright Gardens. Joanna Alker consultation July 2007. Completed. CCC audit 2 May 2008 - Good.

28-00-01. Signage of entire route. Karl Baxter shows design to CCC - some discussion and modifications. July 2007. All signs installed apart from a few near Malet-Montague. Two of those added by William Okophe autumn 07. Two more requested May 2008.

28-08-A1-3. Ossulston-Phoenix junction. Karl Baxter autumn 2007. CCC audit 2 May 2008 - Good.

28-09-A1. Purchese-Phoenix realign (avoid tree). Karl Baxter autumn 2007. CCC audit 2 May 2008 - Good.

28-09-AB2. Phoenix : lower track. Karl Baxter autumn 2007. CCC audit 2 May 2008 - Good.

May 2008

28-01-C01. South Villas. Allow cyclists to enter South Villas from Camden Park Road by providing them with an entry point at the junction. First drawing by William Okpoho shows contraflow cycle lane. CCC point out that plug and cycle gap (like Maresfield Gdns at junction with College Crescent) are all that is needed.
