Paul Braithmwaite's report

Byng: I think the preferred option will come out as shared space between the two ped crossings. I pointed out that that'd lead to westbounnd cyclist continuing west on the SOUTH side of Torrington Place to Heals in the traffic, which I think may be better because of the TCR junction probs.

Bugger all in front of Brit Museum. A wider ped xing. I again argues forGt Russell St to be one way but plans for TCR to go two- way preclude.

Reasonable simplification treatment behind Brit Museum does away with silly segregated middle section. Will four bus spots be enough (plus 2 on Malet St at SE end. predicated on two-way on west side of Russell Sq, which seems to be coming.

Reasonable on Malet St. Question over segregated bottom bitt cycle lane south of Keppell St but I argued necessary to stop coaches parking on west side where bikes go contra-flow north

I argued for southern alternate two way across e/w across top of Bedford Sq
