- Assemble outside the German Gym, Pancras Road (opposite the station entrance) at 8 am for an 8 am ride round the station, park in and demo. Join us on your way to work - we plan to stay until 10 or later, to greet people taking the first train out at 10.30 and first arrivals from Europe at 11.10.

- Ride along the Thames towpath to Richmond, returning via Wimbledon Common, the river Wandle and Clapham Common. Lunch and tea stops. Shouldn't need lights! 25+ miles; lunch will be at a pub in Mortlake. One amazingly steep hill but otherwise quite reasonable. Tea stop on Wimbledon Common, all things being equal. Meet at Interchange studio on Haverstock Hill (100 m up from Belsize Park tube station) at 11am.

Bike Bus from Camden Square to Hampstead Heath

- Join bus in Camden Square at 2 or 3pm; pick ups in Rochester Road, Grafton Road (by pool and by Queens Crescent) at 10, 20, 25 minutes later. Return trips leave Hampstead Heath at 4 or 5 pm. Experienced cyclists will lead groups of parents and their children on this ride.

- Family oriented ride to the Lea Valley and back. Lunch at a pub or cafe by the river or bring your own. Easy paced with time to look around and visit the nature reserve. 18 miles (or 13 if you take the train back). Meet 10.45 for 11 am start.

- Medium paced ride through quiet countryside from St Albans, ending up at Harlington, both on Thameslink line. About 50 km. Lunch stop at Emily's Tea Shop in Whitwell. Starts on Sustrans route from St Albans then on small roads via Ayot St Lawrence, a bit hilly but only one hard one into Harlington at the end of the ride. Meet at 1020 at Kentish Town station for the 1036 train to St Albans. There is a quicker return available via Luton for those who wish to peel-off.
