Medium paced ride through quiet countryside from St Albans, ending up at Harlington, both on Thameslink line. About 50 km. Lunch stop at Emily's Tea Shop in Whitwell. Starts on Sustrans route from St Albans then on small roads via Ayot St Lawrence, a bit hilly but only one hard one into Harlington at the end of the ride. Meet at 1020 at Kentish Town station for the 1036 train to St Albans.
There is a quicker return available via Luton for those who wish to peel-off.
